phil hellmuthPhil Hellmuth won his 12th WSOP Bracelet on Sunday and wrote his name with golden letters in the history of the poker game. Late in the evening on 10th June 2012 all the spectators looked at one person – the world record holder Phil Hellmuth. By winning the 12th WSOP bracelet he is two bracelets ahead of his closest rivals Doyle Brunson and Johnny Chan – with 10 bracelets each.

Viktor “Isildur1″ Blom won against Isaac “philivey2694″ Haxton at SuperStar Showdown

Viktor Blom took the big prize of $1 million in the largest SuperStar Showdown until now. The last 5,030th hand was the deceisive one for Isildur1 to take $500,000 from his opponent – Haxton. The poker pros put $500,000 of their own money each and played No-Limit Hold’em $200/$400 on PokerStars. The overall time played at the event was three days with 12 play time per day.
